Riverhillboxers raises AKC-registered boxer puppies in Houston, Missouri, a small Texas County community in the Ozarks about two hours southeast of Springfield. Tracey Neal runs the program as a family-owned operation, with a focus on producing boxer puppies in Missouri suited for companion and family life.

The program draws on AKC champion bloodlines and places a strong emphasis on temperament selection alongside formal genetic health testing. All breeding dogs are tested for ARVC and degenerative myelopathy, and each puppy leaves with veterinary health certification and a one-year genetic health guarantee. Dew claws and tails are removed by a licensed veterinarian, and vaccinations and deworming are current and documented at the time of placement.

Puppies are raised with daily handling, early neurological stimulation, and systematic exposure to household sounds, varied surfaces, and different people to support confidence and adaptability. The program operates at limited production to allow individual attention to each litter. Pugs are also bred alongside boxers under the same family-run setup.
