Riverbendgoldens is a Golden retriever breeder in Fairmount, GA, Gordon County in Northwest Georgia near Atlanta. Debra Mcentire has many years of breeding experience, holds membership in the American Kennel Club and regularly follows recommended health screenings for hips, elbows and eyes, plus cardiac exams.

Puppies are raised indoors and out with daily exposure to children, household activities and farm surroundings to build confidence and sociability. Adults reside with the family and receive regular exercise in safely fenced pastures where they can roam and play under supervision. All puppies undergo early neurological stimulation and begin basic training before their families welcome them at eight weeks.

The breeding program emphasizes gentle temperaments and trainability for families and therapy work. Riverbendgoldens maintains open communication and provides references from happy owners. Select puppies have joined visiting therapy teams at local schools and hospitals.
