Ratliff Cattle

Ratliff Cattle raises Chianina cattle in Westphalia, KS, in Anderson County and east-central Kansas near Kansas City. With more than a decade of hands-on breeding, they participate in the American Chianina Association and follow health testing for fertility, conformation and temperament.

The herd rotates through native tallgrass prairie and improved Bermuda grass pastures to support soil health and consistent forage quality. Animals have access to open-air barns, mineral feeders and clean water year-round, and calves enjoy gentle daily handling in sheltered loafing areas. Breeding selections focus on balanced frame, efficient feed conversion and a calm disposition to suit both show and commercial environments.
