Both Phillip and Rhonda grew up with cattle in rural Kentucky — Phillip on a 200-cow family dairy and Rhonda around bottle-fed Holsteins and beef cattle — and that hands-on upbringing shapes how the herd is managed today.

The program centers on quality bloodlines, including their herd sire Ezra, whose sire earned recognition as a National Grand Champion Bull. Alongside their miniature Hereford cattle for sale in Tennessee, the Trents also raise full-size pasture-raised Sim-Angus beef, finished without hormones, antibiotics, or steroids.
