Prairie Breeze Ranch raises Brangus cattle in Louisburg, Kansas, a rural community in Miami County roughly 30 miles south of Kansas City. The ranch is operated by Thatcher Alexander and represents one of the few sources for Brangus cattle for sale in the Kansas City metro region.

Louisburg sits within the eastern Kansas tallgrass prairie corridor, a landscape well suited to the hardiness that Brangus cattle are selected for in this part of the country.
