Meadowvale Shires *

Meadowvale Shires * are Shire horse breeders in Watsontown, PA, Northumberland County and the Susquehanna Valley near Williamsport. They have been raising Shire horses for over a decade as members of the American Shire Horse Association and follow recommended health screening protocols to ensure soundness and well-being.

The horses are raised on spacious pastures with daily turnout and begin gentle handling from birth to encourage calm temperaments. Their barn facilities include airy stalls with rubber mat flooring and dedicated storage for high-fiber forage to keep the horses in prime condition. Their focus on socialization includes regular exposure to farm visitors and participation in local draft horse gatherings.
