Magnolia Ragdolls raises ragdoll kittens in Boerne, Texas, a small Hill Country town just northwest of San Antonio. Hillarie Womack founded the cattery in 2020, when the program's first queen, Bianca, arrived from a breeder in Wyoming and quickly became a central part of the household.

The cattery is TICA registered, and all breeding cats are raised inside the home as full family members rather than in a separate facility. Queens have undergone genetic testing and are confirmed free of known genetic defects, and the male breeders are drawn from champion bloodlines. The program works with both traditional and mink coloring across a range of patterns, including pointed, mitted, and bicolor, in colors spanning seal, blue, chocolate, and lilac.
