Lil Valley Ranch

Lil Valley Ranch raises registered highland cattle in Cascade, Montana, about 25 miles south of Great Falls. David Allen started the operation in 2017 with a focus on building a fold known for good temperament, and the ranch has grown into a family-run property east of Cascade with natural springs, open pasture, and grazing land spanning roughly 80 acres.

The highlands at Lil Valley Ranch are raised with daily access to premium hay, fresh water, and room to freely graze on native vegetation. Socialization is a priority, with Allen noting that even the bulls are calm and easy to handle. Beyond highland cattle for sale in Montana, the ranch also raises Dutch bantam chickens, peacocks, African guinea fowl, and quail.
