Krafka Harkema Suffolks

Krafka Harkema Suffolks raises Suffolk sheep in Montezuma, Iowa, as part of a two-generation family operation with more than 50 years in the sheep business. The program participates in the National Sheep Improvement Program (NSIP), the country's largest objective genetic comparison for sheep, using it as a benchmark for measuring and tracking real performance gains. Selection focuses on structurally sound, naturally long-bodied, straight-topped, and heavily muscled animals bred to look their best slick shorn — meaning no fleece conditioning or presentation tricks.
