Kelby Creek Farm

Kelby Creek Farm has been raising vizslas in the Monroe, Washington area for more than 40 years, making it one of the longer-running vizsla programs in the Pacific Northwest. Owner Mary Gaudio operates the farm on a 25-acre property situated between Duvall and Monroe, overlooking the Snoqualmie River and Mount Pilchuck, about 30 miles northeast of Seattle.

The program runs as a small-scale hobby operation, typically producing one to two litters per year. Competition in the AKC show ring is a central focus, and the farm's dogs have earned notable recognition at the national level — including a Best in Show at the Vizsla Club of America National Specialty in 2017, and four Best Puppy wins in the Vizsla Club of America Puppy Sweepstakes over a nine-year span. Dogs from the program have also earned titles in hunting, agility, tracking, barn hunt, and more.

Puppies are raised in the home kitchen and regularly brought outdoors with older dogs, giving them early exposure to pack behavior and varied environments. Litters also travel to a second property on the Wenatchee River in Plain, Washington, where they have room to run and explore.
