Kansas City Reds - KCR is a breeder of American Red and Boer goats in Tennessee, in the Appalachian region near Knoxville. The operation has been managed by Bill Carter for more than a decade and maintains membership in national goat breeder associations with routine health testing for CAE and CL.

Each goat is raised in pasture-based pens where they learn natural foraging and receive daily social interaction, helping them adapt to family farm life or show-ring competition. Several of their bucks and does have earned national show placements, and Bill’s focus on temperament has also led to a small therapy herd.
