Janice & Donald Weibel

Janice & Donald Weibel breed Wagyu cattle in Winnsboro, TX, in East Texas near Dallas. They have been raising Wagyu cattle for over two decades and maintain membership in the American Wagyu Association, following health testing protocols including genetic marker screening and regular herd evaluations.

Their cattle graze on rotational pastures with access to sheltered loafing areas and are socialized from an early age to develop calm temperaments. The Weibel family farm rests on gently rolling pastures nourished by spring-fed ponds and native grasses.

Cows and calves transition smoothly each year, benefiting from the breeders’ attentive care throughout the calving season. Their focus on low-stress handling and transparent record keeping builds confidence in the quality of their breeding stock.
