I Am Jady Farm

I Am Jady Farm is home to Shorthorn cattle in Albright, WV, Preston County and the Allegheny Mountains near Morgantown. Amanda Mccleary has dedicated nearly a decade to breeding registered Shorthorn cattle, following American Shorthorn Association guidelines and routine health screening for both cow and calf.

The herd rotates on mixed-grass pastures, with calves spending their first few weeks under close observation to ensure early detection of any health concerns. Daily socialization and hands-on handling help develop calm temperaments, while sustainable land management practices support pasture health year-round.
