Hillside Goldens

Hillside Goldens has been raising golden retrievers out of Spruce Creek, Pennsylvania since 2014, when Shannon and her husband Seth started their program at home after years of Seth growing up with goldens on a family farm near Selinsgrove. The operation is home-based and family-run, situated in central Pennsylvania roughly an hour from Altoona.

The program's roots run deep: Seth's hands-on experience with golden retrievers carried forward into the family they built together, and the focus has remained steady on health, temperament, and socialization from birth through the time each puppy goes home. Hillside Goldens places an emphasis on good bloodlines and balanced temperament as the foundation for dogs that settle well into family life.

In addition to golden retrievers, the program also includes Bernese mountain dogs, making Hillside Goldens a source for both breeds for families searching for golden retriever or Bernese mountain dog puppies in Pennsylvania.
