Evavold Limousin

Evavold Limousin, Limousin cattle, Fergus Falls, MN, serves Otter Tail County and the Lakes region near Detroit Lakes. Scott Evavold and Jason Evavold are third-generation breeders with over 20 years of collective experience raising Limousin cattle registered with the American Limousin Association. They perform routine calving ease and genetic trait evaluations, including ultrasound screenings and EPD data, to support healthy herd performance.

Cattle live on managed pasture rotations with access to shelter, fresh water, and a balanced mineral program. The brothers emphasize gentle handling from weaning onward to foster calm dispositions and consistent weight gains. Their program has produced several show-winning heifers and bulls noted for structural soundness and feed efficiency. Each year they open their facility for guided farm visits, allowing potential buyers to see herd health practices firsthand.
