Dye Farms

Dye Farms, Golden retrievers, Daviston, AL, is a family-operated breeder in Tallapoosa County and the Auburn area. With more than fifteen years of experience April Dye works under American Kennel Club guidelines, ensuring each puppy undergoes hip, elbow and eye health screenings. Our dogs live indoors with regular access to a secure outdoor run and share daily interactions with guests and family.

Puppies are raised on our rural property, where they learn to navigate varied terrain and gentle livestock noises for early confidence. Socialization includes exposure to children, other household pets and common household sounds before they depart for new homes. Ongoing guidance on nutrition and training supports families adopting Golden retrievers suited for companion or therapy work.

We keep detailed health records for each puppy and its parents to foster transparency and informed decision-making. Some of our Golden retrievers have gone on to certification as therapy dogs in local community programs.
