Double Dream Ranch

Double Dream Ranch raises miniature zebu cattle in Ennis, Texas, roughly an hour south of Dallas in Ellis County. Jeff and Deb Ganschow got their start with miniatures nearly two decades ago and have focused their program on the breed ever since.

The ranch's cattle are registered as Foundation Pure with both the IMZA and AMZA registries, and the herd carries bloodlines that include Permanent Grand Champion and Master Champion show winners. Double Dream Ranch has competed in shows across Texas and Louisiana for more than 20 years, with an emphasis on conformation-correct animals that also perform as reliable breeding stock. Calves leave the ranch vaccinated, tattooed, dehorned, and weaned, with early halter training already underway.

The ranch has a long history of placing miniature zebu cattle for sale in Texas with 4-H and FFA students, and watching those young exhibitors succeed in the show ring has been a consistent part of what drives the program.
