Dirt Road Dogs

Dirt Road Dogs has been raising golden retrievers on a 40-acre farm in Bennett, Colorado since 2014, when the Miller family decided to share the same bond they had long enjoyed with their own goldens. Garrett Miller runs the program alongside family, with roots that trace back to farm life in southeastern Colorado and a longstanding goal of improving the breed with each litter.

The farm sits about 30 minutes east of Denver, giving families across the Front Range a nearby option for AKC-registered golden retriever puppies in Colorado. Rather than housing dogs in confined kennels, the setup allows them to roam and interact freely, with a deliberate focus on daily socialization with people and other animals to support sound temperaments.

Each puppy receives a veterinary health check and first vaccinations before going home, and microchipping is offered at pickup. The emphasis throughout the program is on healthy bloodlines, consistent handling, and placing well-adjusted dogs with families.
