Davis & Sons Farm

Davis & Sons Farm raises Simmental cattle in Evergreen, AL, in the Wiregrass region near Mobile. The farm has been breeding Simmental cattle for more than 15 years and holds active membership in the American Simmental Association. Animals graze on open pastures through a rotational system, receive routine health screenings and socialization from the family, and benefit from sheltered loafing sheds.

The farm achieved top placings at regional livestock fairs and contributes breeding stock to conservation programs. Every animal is health tested, and records are maintained on site to support transparent breeding practices. Family owned since 1980, the farm balances traditional husbandry with modern biosecurity measures.

Calves are handled gently from birth to encourage calm temperaments and ease integration into family herds. Pasture nutrition is guided by soil testing and local forage expertise.
