D35 Ranch raises Limousin cattle in Navasota, TX, serving Grimes County and the Brazos Valley near College Station. Scott Davis and Kelly Davis participate in the American Limousin Association’s herdbook and conduct yearly health screenings and genetic evaluations to support sound bloodlines. Their cattle graze on native grass pastures and experience daily low-stress handling to encourage calm temperaments.

Calves are raised in open pastures with access to shade, clean water and sheltered bedding areas. The ranch’s approach balances structural soundness for the show ring with adaptability for commercial production. Short daily interactions help the cattle remain accustomed to familiar handlers and reduce stress during routine health procedures. Navasota’s mild winters allow year-round grazing, and the ranch’s layout includes rotational paddocks planted with native grass blends to preserve pasture health.
