Cote Cattle Company raises registered Texas longhorn cattle in Granby, Massachusetts, in the Pioneer Valley region of western Massachusetts, roughly 20 miles north of Springfield. Guy and Charlotte Cote operate the farm, which has been in Charlotte's family since her grandparents established it in the 1940s.

Texas longhorn cattle came to the property in 2016, and the operation is recognized as the only registered Texas longhorn breeder in the state. The herd rotates through five pastures, with the aim of keeping cattle on fresh grass for as much of the New England growing season as possible. The farm uses rotational grazing practices and natural fertilizers.
