Circle L Limousin Land Co

Circle L Limousin Land Co, operated by Robert Leatherman and family, has been raising Limousin cattle in Wayne County, Ohio since 1981, placing it about 30 miles south of Akron. The operation traces its roots to when Bob and Phyllis Leatherman acquired the Charles Yost farm, a property already known for the Limousin breed, and built the herd from those original animals.

Over four decades, the program has grown to include purebred Limousin, Lim-Flex, and Angus, serving both purebred and commercial producers looking for Limousin cattle for sale in Ohio. The ranch carries more than 300 head across open pastures, with the cattle raised without antibiotics or added hormones, supported by a diet of hay, forages, grains, and clean water.

Circle L has maintained an on-farm sale facility used for production sales over the years, and the operation has accumulated a show record that includes champion titles at both local and national levels. The farm also produces premium natural beef and Ohio maple syrup alongside its seedstock program.
