Christopher Carl Meyers

Christopher Carl Meyers breeds Shire horses in Creswell, OR, Lane County and the Willamette Valley near Eugene. He has been breeding Shire horses for more than a decade, participates in comprehensive health screening through recognized equine registries, and arranges annual veterinary exams for each horse. His horses live on pasture with daily turnout, receive early handling and socialization, and are raised in a family-centered setting.

A restored 19th-century barn offers shelter and reflects a respect for the breed’s heritage. Owners note their horses’ calm disposition and strong conformation. He is a member of the American Shire Horse Association and the Draft Horse and Mule Society.
