Cambeas Puppies - 727-281-5442

Cambeas Puppies has been breeding bichon frise in Clearwater, Florida since 1991, making it one of the longer-running small-dog programs in the Tampa Bay area. Beverly Weddington founded the program after discovering the breed while searching for a family companion, and went on to train alongside respected bichon frise breeders, groomers, and handlers in the show community.

The breeding stock is AKC registered, with the majority of foundation studs carrying AKC champion titles. Cambeas operates a closed breeding program, with foundation dogs selected specifically for clean genetic lines and even temperaments. All puppies are raised inside the home and receive daily socialization, a high-quality diet, and age-appropriate health preventatives.

A defining practice at Cambeas is individual temperament evaluation: each puppy's personality is assessed as it develops so placements can be matched to the right household. Havanese are also part of the program, rounding out the offering for families seeking a small companion dog in the Clearwater area.
