The herd lives in well-drained pastures with ample shade, and kidding areas are monitored to ensure a calm environment for does and kids. Feeding combines pasture grazing with balanced mineral supplements, and fresh water is available at all times. Routine hoof trimming and parasite management are scheduled to keep the herd in peak health.

Breeding focuses on conformation and gentle temperaments, with kids handled from birth for early socialization. Daily interactions include bottle feeding and leash walks to strengthen trust before placement in family homes. A historic barn provides shelter through varied seasons, and simple obstacle courses encourage natural agility and curiosity, contributing to the goats’ approachable nature.
