Boxer's Del Grego raises boxer dogs in Niceville, Florida, on the Emerald Coast along the Florida Panhandle, not far from Fort Walton Beach. Dr. Sean Del Grego, a physician assistant and doctor of medical science, leads the program alongside his family.

The Del Grego family's history with boxers spans more than three decades, with roots in Texas and Alabama before the program settled in Florida. Boxer's Del Grego has been actively breeding boxer puppies in Florida since 2014, and the program includes a blog and video content documenting boxer dog pregnancy week by week and the day-to-day life of the breed. Parent dogs in the program are DNA tested.
