B&S Goldens

B&S Goldens is a golden retriever breeder in Alden, NY, serving Erie County and the Buffalo area. Sara Witmer began breeding golden retrievers more than a decade ago and follows American Kennel Club guidelines, including recommended health screenings for hips, elbows and eyes. She keeps up with routine veterinary exams and feeding regimens suited to the breed's needs.

Puppies are raised in the family home with regular handling and supervised play in a secure yard. Littermates receive early socialization through interaction with children, visitors and other household pets.

The kennel operates on a small farm with open fields and shaded groves, allowing dogs room for exercise and quiet rest. Many adults from the program have gone on to companion and therapy roles in the community. All puppies go home with health records and an introductory guide to training and care.
