Chuck Cienawski and Sharron Ball operate the farm, which has its roots in a 36-plus-acre parcel originally established in the mid-1970s and purchased by the current owners in 2007, with additional acreage added since then.

The farm's stated mission centers on raising animals humanely and naturally on pasture. Alongside their Katahdin sheep, the operation includes grass-fed beef cattle — among them a registered Dexter bull, Dexter-belted Galloway cows, and Angus cows — as well as Tennessee goats.
