Meet Cowboy — the very first calf born on the farm out of Jagger, making him incredibly special to our program. Jagger, a calm-natured 33-inch miniature HighPark bull, has been one we’ve eagerly anticipated watching mature in the miniature cattle world. Cowboy already carries that same charm and presence. Non-chondro and horned, he represents the beginning of an exciting future as we watch Jagger’s genetics come to life through him.
