She was given to me as what I refer to as my "make a wish cow". Shes missing an eye from an umbilical infection at birth, was getting beat up by bigger cows, and I was told she doesnt cycle, so shes been a companion cow and pasture ornament. I've battled parasite loads with her, my vet told me to cull her a year ago, I almost lost her twice from unknown illness and every negative test result imaginable.. I've had her 18 months now, shes put on 250lbs, shiny glossy coat.. and now I'm really curious if shes in fake standing heat or if shes actually cycling now that shes in good health. I have no plans to breed her, but want to document so I can track and see if shes actually cycling and I need to keep her separate

I am most excited about my Poppy/Bourbon pairing, but I have a mini hereford bred by Bourbon also that is due in September, this will be his first calf on the ground and I am so excited for that!!
