Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create your account, add your animals, and open sponsorships without entering a card. Payment details are only involved when a sponsor actually gives.
What does Creatures cost?
Nothing to use. The software, the animal records, and the team access are free. Fees exist only on money that moves: sponsors pay 5% on top, and 5% comes out of payouts. Creatures Pro removes the payout fee entirely.
We take in all kinds of animals. Does that work?
Yes. Creatures is built for every species, from dogs and cats to goats, pigs, donkeys, and birds. Every animal gets the same quality of profile.
How do sponsors stay involved?
Each sponsorship is tied to a real animal profile. When you post updates or new photos, the people sponsoring that animal see them. Recognition can be public, display name only, or anonymous, their choice.
