Ecuadorian Milk Snake
Lampropeltis micropholis
The Ecuadorian milk snake is an egg-laying milk snake of parts of Central America and northwestern South America. Color and eventual size vary with origin: the black milk snake form may change from a banded juvenile into a dark adult, while other populations remain patterned. Provide secure housing sized for adulthood, clean water, hides and a controlled temperature gradient. Keep locality provenance and house snakes individually because kingsnakes and milk snakes can eat other snakes.
