Combination
Diamond is the hobby name for a corn snake with two copies of Charcoal and two copies of Lava. Charcoal removes most of the red and Lava reduces the dark pigment, giving a pale, low-contrast snake. Both genes are recessive, so a Diamond bred to a snake carrying neither gives normal-looking babies that carry both.
