Lorentz Etc. Inc.

Lorentz Etc. Inc. provides livestock and poultry processing services in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, serving the broader southeastern Minnesota region near Rochester.

The facility handles slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, alongside poultry processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks. This range allows farmers raising mixed livestock and flocks to consolidate their processing needs with a single provider rather than seeking out separate operations for red meat and poultry.

Operations like this play a practical role for small to mid-sized farms, homesteaders, and 4-H or FFA families who need reliable custom processing close to home. Whether it's a single hog, a small flock of turkeys ahead of the holidays, or a herd of cattle from a family farm, Lorentz Etc. Inc. supports the kind of hands-on agricultural work common throughout the Cannon Falls area and surrounding farm communities.
