Zion Farms

Zion Farms, Wagyu cattle, Hugoton, KS, in southwestern Kansas near Wichita. Zion Farms has raised registered Wagyu for more than fifteen years and holds memberships in the American Wagyu Association and local livestock boards with routine genetic and health testing.

Tony James cares for the herd on pastureland that is rotated seasonally, and calves spend the first weeks in an indoor facility designed with natural light and bedding for comfort. Animals are socialized through daily handling to ensure they adapt well to a range of environments, and genetic selection prioritizes marbling and structural soundness.

Zion Farms also participates in regional cattle shows, with several steers placing well under reputable judging panels.
