ZB Farms

ZB Farms raises huacaya alpacas in Lisbon, North Dakota, in the southeastern part of the state roughly an hour southwest of Fargo. The farm is run by Zoey and Zach Boren alongside Jason and Amanda Bauer, a partnership that grew out of what originally began as an FFA project.

The program has since developed into a dedicated fiber and breeding operation centered on huacaya alpacas with correct conformation, championship bloodlines, and pleasing dispositions. Selection emphasis falls on lasting fineness of fiber, crimp and structure, staple length, soft handle, and brightness, all while maintaining conformationally sound animals with gentle temperaments.
