ZB Farms

ZB Farms alpacas in Lisbon, ND, are raised in southeast North Dakota near Fargo. The Borens have been breeding alpacas for several years and hold membership in the Alpaca Owners Association, with regular health screenings and fiber tests to ensure a balanced herd.

Animals live on pasture with access to indoor shelter, receiving daily handling to support calm temperaments and regular socialization with staff. Each year the herd undergoes deworming protocols and fiber micron testing to track quality across seasons. Zoey and Zach participate in regional alpaca shows and have earned ribbons for fleece density and color uniformity through careful selection.

The farm operates alongside grain fields, offering a quiet environment where alpacas graze on mixed grasses and hay.
