Woodland Kennel

Woodland Kennel has been breeding English springer spaniels and Labrador retrievers in Oxford, Connecticut since 1998. Run by Geoffrey English, the kennel sits in the Naugatuck Valley region of the state, roughly 20 miles southwest of New Haven.

The program covers both breeds with an eye toward dual-purpose dogs — puppies suited to family life as well as work in the upland field or on the water.
