Von Lahrheim GSPS

Von Lahrheim GSPS breeds German shorthaired pointers in Fairfield, California, serving Solano County and the Bay Area near San Francisco. Julie Lahr has focused on improving pointer temperament with selection and health screening following guidelines from recognized kennel clubs. Puppies are raised in a family home environment with regular exposure to children, other pets, and outdoor training areas.

With more than a decade of experience in pointer breeding, the kennel stays engaged with breed clubs to follow best practices. The dogs live primarily indoors with access to a secure, grassy exercise yard and are socialized from an early age to encourage balanced behavior.
