Toy Yoyo Acres breeds Pomeranians in Morganton, North Carolina, a town in Burke County in the western part of the state, about an hour east of Asheville. Carol Anderson has been breeding and showing Pomeranians since 1996 and is a proud member of the American Pomeranian Club, which she joined in 2002.

The program operates under an AKC-only approach, with a focus on structure, personality, and companionship. Carol participates actively in the show ring as an owner-handler, and dogs from the Toyyoyo prefix have earned pointed and titled recognition at AKC events in North Carolina and beyond.
