Tipi S Ranch's German Shepherds

Tipi S Ranch's German Shepherds has been raising German shepherd dogs in Bedias, Texas since 1997, with owner Torri Lancaster building a program focused on temperament, health, and working drive. Bedias sits in Grimes County, roughly an hour north of Houston.

The ranch breeds AKC-registered German shepherds in a range of coat colors and patterns, including black and red, black and tan, reverse mask silver sable, and solid black. Puppies are raised indoors through their early weeks, and the breeding dogs are health-tested, with active dogs confirmed DM clear. Litters come with AKC paperwork, current vaccinations, and a health and hip guarantee.

The program keeps litter numbers deliberately limited, treating the dogs as household members rather than kennel animals. Dogs placed from Tipi S Ranch have gone on to work alongside police departments and have also been paired with autistic children, reflecting the working drive and stable temperament the program selects for. A stud line with Schutzhund and IPO titles contributes to that working pedigree.
