Texas Angels Miniatures

Texas Angels Miniatures raises miniature horses on a farm in Tyler, Texas, in the heart of East Texas roughly 90 miles east of Dallas. The operation is run by Susan Stuart, who relocated from Dallas to East Texas in 2005 and came to the miniature horse breed after a lifetime of riding full-sized horses.

The farm took shape after Stuart acquired Indian Creek, an established miniature horse property in Tyler that allowed her to grow the herd and deepen the breeding program. Over time, the focus shifted toward building a show-quality roster, and the farm now carries a number of World Champion mares and stallions incorporated into active breeding lines. The program aims to produce national-quality miniature horses for both halter and performance competition.
