Sunnybrook Farms raises belted Galloway cattle in Belvidere, Illinois, a rural stretch of Boone County about 20 miles west of Rockford. The farm is a family operation run by Terry and Julie Willis, with the program centered on building a select herd grounded in multi-generational genetics rather than sheer numbers.

The breeding philosophy at Sunnybrook is summed up in their own motto: "we don't breed show cattle, we show breeding cattle." Sunnybrook also collects ultrasound carcass data on market steers and yearling bulls, using that information to guide future breeding decisions on their females. The farm offers breeding stock, semen, and embryos, and their genetics have placed cattle with farms across all 50 states and Canada.
