Stacy Jones runs Sassy's Classy Canines out of Lebanon, Missouri, a kennel set in the rolling hills of the Ozarks about an hour east of Springfield. She and her husband Don bring a combined five decades of showing and breeding experience to four breeds: Shetland sheepdogs, beagles, miniature schnauzers, and Cavalier King Charles spaniels.

The Cavalier King Charles spaniel joined the program in the years that followed.

Sassy's Classy Canines holds membership in the Missouri Pet Breeders Association and the Missouri Animal Husbandry Association, and has been designated a Missouri Blue Ribbon Kennel by the Missouri Department of Agriculture — a recognition tied to kennel management practices, industry participation, and ACFA certification.
