Smalltown Pups

Smalltown Pups, Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Charles City, IA, is a small family breeder serving northeast Iowa near Cedar Rapids. Founded by Angela Robbins, the kennel has welcomed these gentle companions for more than a decade and follows American Kennel Club guidelines for health screening. Hearts and eyes are checked in line with breed recommendations, and each puppy undergoes a veterinary exam before joining its new home.

Animals live indoors as part of the family and enjoy daily playtime in a secure yard. Puppies are introduced to household sounds, children and other pets to build confidence and social skills. One customer shared that their spaniel adapted quickly to family life and remains a calm, affectionate companion.
