Sisu

Sisu is a breeder of Portuguese water dogs in Lone Rock, WI, in the Driftless Area near La Crosse. Her breeding program follows health testing protocols advised by the national parent club and she prioritizes hip, eye and cardiac screenings. Puppies are raised in a home environment, socialized alongside family activities, and introduced to basic water work before leaving for new homes. Each litter reflects her commitment to sound temperaments and adaptability to active family life.

With a focus on lifelong companionship, Sisu encourages ongoing support and guidance for puppy owners. The kennel’s location amid rolling farmland gives dogs plenty of space for early swim sessions and daily exercise routines.
