Shmily Alpaca Ranch

Shmily Alpaca Ranch raises suri alpacas in Franklin, Texas, in Robertson County within the Brazos Valley region, about 30 minutes north of Bryan. Lynn and Carolyn LeJune started the ranch with just two animals — one suri and one huacaya — with a retirement-focused vision that has since grown into a dedicated suri herd.

The ranch has built its program around champion bloodlines, drawing on animals that have earned first-place and color champion titles at well-regarded shows including AlpacaFest West, the International Alpaca Odyssey, the California Classic, and the AOBA National. Suri alpacas for sale in Texas from this herd carry genetics from multiple multi-color champions and proven herdsires known for luster, conformation, and strong cria production.

The ranch also processes fiber into finished goods, offering washed fiber, yarn, and handmade items through its farm store — reflecting the LeJunes' interest in the full fiber-to-product side of alpaca farming.
