Shannon Rastorfer

Shannon Rastorfer is a La Mancha goat breeder in Camp Verde, Arizona, Yavapai County and central Arizona near Phoenix. With over a decade of experience breeding registered stock, she is an active member of the American La Mancha Dairy Goat Association and follows recommended health-testing protocols. Shannon applies her agricultural science background and practical farm management skills to maintain herd health, conducting routine CAE and caseous lymphadenitis screening.

Her milking does live in a pasture-based system with daily access to shelter, fresh browse, and a calcium-rich grain blend. Young kids are raised indoors for early socialization before joining the herd. The farm features clean barns, covered loafing areas and spacious paddocks that encourage natural behaviors.
