Shannon Killion

Shannon Killion and Richard Killion breed Pony of the Americas in Illinois near Chicago. They have developed a breeding program guided by the standards of national registries, arrange regular veterinary checkups and support thorough health testing for soundness. Their adults and foals are raised in a family farm setting with daily turnout, pasture grazing when weather allows and hands-on socialization from the foal stage.

The Killions emphasize temperament, selecting mating pairs for calm dispositions suited to youth riders and local show circuits.
