Ruff Around The Edges

Ruff Around The Edges, run by Becky Rohrbaugh, breeds AKC French bulldogs and AKC Pomeranians out of Rio, West Virginia, a rural community roughly two hours west of Washington, D.C. and about an hour from the Winchester, Virginia area along I-81.

The program operates as a small hobby breeding operation, producing only a handful of litters each year. Adults and puppies alike live inside the home rather than in kennels, spending their days on furniture and baby blankets with access to a fenced yard — the kind of early environment that familiarizes young dogs with everyday household life. Becky has been placing healthy family companions since 1994, and past buyers and veterinary references are available to prospective owners.
