Rebecca Tirabassi

Rebecca Tirabassi breeds Nigerian dwarf goats in Hadley, Massachusetts in Hampshire County near Springfield. She has more than a decade of experience and is a member of the American Dairy Goat Association, with health testing for CAE, CL, and Johne’s disease on all breeding stock.

Kids grow up with daily handling, free-range grazing on well-managed pastures and periodic hoof trims and vaccinations. Adults reside in a seasonally ventilated, heated barn with access to outdoor shelters and clean water year-round. Each morning the goats enjoy fresh browse from hardwood stands and custom mineral mixes designed to support lactation and hoof health. Several of her lines have earned national show ribbons, and a recent owner praised the friendly temperament of their doe.

Her milking routines yield creamy milk that local cheesemakers value for its consistency and flavor. Farm visits are arranged by appointment to observe herd management and kid socialization routines.
